Mission: | To assist Vietnamese and Chinese people living and working locally, who are deemed to be disadvantaged owing to language difficulties, cultural differences, old aged, disability, loneliness, ethnic identities, racial differentiation, declining physical or mental health and socio-economic exclusion. |

Services: | Day Centre - meeting place for the elderly,
lunch, recreational activities, transportation for frail elderly,
welfare advice and community care with welfare support.
Welfare Advice - welfare benefits, housing utility, debts and immigration and nationality, training and employment, drug related issues, family conflict with language support. Mother Tongue & Supplementary School - classes for Cantonese, and computer for children aged 5-16 yrs. |
