Forums run by the Unit

Over the last five years, The Evelyn Oldfield Unit has devloped a number of forums which specifically aim to:

• Train, inform and educate refugee organisations
• Promote a united voice amongst refugee organisations
• Develop a strategic plan to influence the direction of policy making bodies facilitate co-operation and idea sharing.

These forums have included the Somali Forum and the Women Managers Support Group, which are no longer active, as well as the currently active forums:

• Refugee Mental Health Forum
• Coordinators Training & Support Scheme
• West London Refugee Womens Forum
