Double Jeopardy Project

The Evelyn Oldfield Unit is delighted to be involved in a special year long pilot project launched in July 2012 which recognises the double jeopardy faced by Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Intersex and Asylum seekers and Refugees (highlighted in the Over Not Out Report in the House of Lords on 12th May 2009).

The project will help the Evelyn Oldfield Unit  team to make sure that our activities and services are accessible, relevant, inclusive and welcoming for people for LGBTI refugees and asylum seeker. We will be sharing our learning with the  diverse refugee and migrant community groups with whom we work across London.
