Leaders Together Mentoring Project

Leaders Together is a mentoring scheme which aims to increase the capacity of RCOs by tapping into the knowledge of mainstream voluntary sector organisations. Leaders of RCOs will be matched in one-to-one mentoring relationships with senior professionals from the voluntary sector in order to help them:.

• Develop new skills
• Enhance networking opportunities
• Realise their organisation's full potentiall
• Establish new links with mainstream services

Leaders Together matches leaders of RCOs in London with senior staff from the mainstream voluntary sector. Whether a coordinator, director, a member of the management committee or a senior manager in an RCO, Leaders Together can offer individual support in a variety of areas, from fundraising, finance and personnel, to communications or leadership skills.

24 hours of mentoring support over a six month period could help create new links and boost the impact of the organisation.
