Throughout the project we will be providing free one to one consultancies on volunteer management issues in RCOs in addition to telephone and e mail support. Contact us if you want a free one-to-one consultancy at your office on any of the following issues:

• Increasing or targeting volunteer recruitment
• Improving volunteer retention
• Designing volunteer policies
• Exploring new models of Best Practice in volunteer support and management
• Fundraising for volunteer projects
